How a Plastic Pelletizing Machine works
Extrusion: The plastic waste is fed into an extruder, where it is melted and formed into a continuous strand.
Cooling: The melted PP is cooled, often using cold water or air cooling systems to solidify the strands.
Pelletizing: The cooled strands are chopped into small pellets using a pelletizing die or cutter.
Drying: Any excess moisture is removed from the pellets to prepare them for further use or sale.

Detailed Picture of Pelletizing Machine Line
1. Main machine of extrusion part
PP waste will be fed into hopper and through the main extrusion machine into a continuous strand to the next part.
Screw diameter: 100/110/120/130/140/150/160mm
Screw length: 2400mm
Screw material: 38CrMoAl alloy steel
2. Second machine of extrusion part
The continuous strand from the main machine will be transform into second machine channel to collect and then squeeze out several thin strips into water tank to cool down into a plastic strips.
3. Water tank
Water tank will cool down the several thin strips from second machine of extrusion into plastic strips.

4. Blower
This equipment will dry the plastic strips and then to better cut to store.
5. Cutter
The long strips will be cut into small plastic with low noise and high speed.
