Polymer Candle Filter for High Viscosity Substances Filtration
Description
The melt filter element is installed in the extrusion line, where the polymer melt is forced through the filter to remove impurities. The filtered polymer melt then proceeds to the spinning process, where it is solidified into continuous filaments or staple fibers.

Main features
1. Resistant to high temperature, high pressure and chemical corrosion.
2. Excellent breathability, large dirt holding capacity, high strength, good sealing, long life, and can be cleaned and reused for repeated use.
3. The folded filter area is 3-5 times that of the cylindrical type.
4. Working temperature: -60-500℃.
5. The maximum pressure difference the filter element can withstand: 10MPa.
