It is mainly used for polymer filtration in the production line of BOPA, BOPET, and BOPP, in order to remove polymer gel, coagulating agent, catalyst, and other solid impurities. Polymer Discs filters are widely applied in the industry of film, polyester polymer, spinning, packaging materials, engineering plastics, oil, chemical and others.

How to choose between filter discs and melt filter elements?
It depends on the specific production process requirements and economic benefit considerations.
The situation where the filter disc is preferred:
1.The Recycled Material (Recycled material) has a very high impurity content.
2. Continuous production, pursuing an extremely long replacement cycle and the highest equipment stability.
3.The melt pressure is extremely high and the working conditions are harsh.
4.From a long-term economic perspective, they are willing to accept a higher initial investment in exchange for lower long-term operating costs.
Situations where melt filter elements are preferred:
1.The raw materials are relatively clean with low impurity content.
2.It has extremely high requirements for filtration accuracy (some filter elements can provide even more extreme accuracy).
3.Due to limited space, a more compact filtration solution is needed.
4.The production batches are variable and require flexible adjustments, or the initial investment budget is limited.
